5 Reasons to Take Your Camera Everywhere in 2008

Well today, I missed a chance for two great photo opps.

The first one was at lunch, it was about 20 degrees out and I was out for a run. Coming the other way down the street was an older guy, wearing headphones, big mittens, a winter hat, a scarf and carrying golf clubs. It was awesome.

The second one was a cool sunset that I was watching while driving home. There are a couple of glass buildings that the reflection looked cool in.

I’ll take some photos this weekend and get back on the Photo of the week kick.

If you haven’t heard, the Rockford Rockets made it to the MN State Football tournament. Here’s a video from Kare11 with their coach. He says it’s been 17 years since the Rockets were in a section final – which was 1990, my senior year. RFP – Owwww! Here’s a link to the results page of their schedule.

As it turns out they lost to Perham tonight – it was a good run for them though. It may mean the press will quit bugging me. Less interviews and less chance of a reunion where I would get the award for least distance traveled and most improved odor. It’s been hard staying in a rut for 17 years.
